Our Beginnings
Employer’s Choice, Inc. opened its doors in May of 1988 and only handled permanent staffing. Since then, we have expanded to include the Temporary/Contract Staffing Division and have grown to become one of the most well respected local staffing firms in the Cleveland, Ohio area.
Experienced Company President & Owner
Our company is led by Shari DeCapua, who has worked in the staffing industry for more than 32 years. She began her career as one of eight consultants at a Columbus, Ohio based staffing firm and was promoted to a management position before eventually opening her own office. Shari has seen and successfully worked on every level of the industry, making her an expert in the field. Her company has been a leading contender among Cleveland, Ohio staffing firms since its inception.
A/E/C Industry veteran joins ECI
In fall of 2015, we expanded our staffing services to include A/E/C (Architecture/Engineering/Construction) trades with addition of Mehmet S. Turkel, MBA, CPSM, 30 year industry veteran. Mehmet will bring a new dimension to our staffing practice as his wide network of contacts in NE Ohio and nationally would support and serve the growing needs of local companies.
