When an organization decides to hire a candidate for a permanent position, they will receive a 30 calendar day unconditional guarantee. If employment is terminated for any reason by either party (employer or employee) during this time period, Employer’s Choice, Inc. will replace the employee at no additional cost to the employer, and if unable to do so to their satisfaction, will refund 100% of the service fee.
