STAFFING OPTIONS

 

PERMANENT PLACEMENT/DIRECT HIRE

When a company decides to direct-hire a candidate referred by Employer's Choice, Inc. they can be assured that each candidate has been personally interviewed, tested and pre-screened to ensure their skills and qualifications meet the necessary requirements for each position. Each permanent hire is accompanied by an Unconditional 30 Day Guarantee. If employment is terminated for any reason by either the employer or the employee during the first 30 calendar days of employment, Employer's Choice, Inc. will replace the employee at no additional charge to the company; and if unable to do so to their satisfaction, will refund 100% of the service fee.

 

TEMP TO HIRE / TEMP TO PERM

The new-hire remains on Employer's Choice, Inc.'s payroll for a period of 520 working hours. During this period, Employer's Choice, Inc. is responsible for all payroll taxes, Worker's Compensation and Unemployment costs. During this time period, each employer has the option to "Buy Out" the employee at any time and pay the remainder of the service fee, or may wait until the employee has met the 520 working hour requirement at which time the employee may then be transferred to the company's payroll at no additional cost.

 

TEMPORARY/CONTRACT PLACEMENT

All temporary employees are interviewed, tested and pre-screened in the same manner as our permanent placement candidates. We guarantee our temporary employees to be qualfied to perform the tasks required by the job description, and that their work performance meets or exceeds your expectations. Should the temporary employee's performance proves unsatisfactory, Employer's Choice, Inc. will replace the temporary and no fee will be charged if notified within the first 4 hours of their employment. Temporary rates are calculated on an hourly basis and invoiced weekly.

When a company re-structures or performs necessary employee downsizing, Employer's Choice, Inc. can help to prepare employees for new positions as well as help the company to control their unemployment costs.
