Employer’s Choice, Inc. first opened its doors in May, 1988 and only handled permanent staffing. Since then we have expanded our business to include the Temporary/Contract Staffing Division, and have grown to be one of the most well-respected local staffing firms in the Cleveland, Ohio area.

Our consulting staff combines over 50+ years of experience and operate in a client-service oriented culture. Shari has worked in the staffing industry for over 30 years. She began her career as one of 8 consultants with a Columbus, Ohio based staffing firm and was promoted to a management position, eventually opening her own office. Shari has seen and successfully worked on every level of the industry, making her an expert in the field.
